Remaking a Legendary Action-Adventure Stealth Classic with Konami

METAL GEAR SOLID Δ: SNAKE EATER was an ambitious project with a vision to recapture the essence of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater while enhancing it for modern audiences.

Celebrated for its deep narrative, cinematic experience, and refined stealth mechanics, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater became a beloved classic of the PlayStation 2 era, selling over 4 million copies worldwide and achieving critical acclaim, including a 97/100 from Official PlayStation Magazine and a 85/100 Metacritic score. This strong legacy set exceedingly high expectations for the remake. 

Virtuos was entrusted with supporting Konami in fully realizing a vision that balanced deep respect for the original with modernization powered by today’s most popular game’s engine, Unreal Engine 5.
