At Virtuos, understanding the people behind the games is just as important as making the games themselves. Our AMA series highlights the unique roles and stories of our Virtuos team, showing how different people shape our culture and work together on some of the biggest games in the world. 

We were delighted to kick off the series with Diane Peyredieu du Charlat, Virtuos’ Chief People Officer (CPO). Diane joined Virtuos in 2025 and relocated from France to Singapore for the role. Prior to this, she held key positions such as Global Talent Acquisition Director at Ubisoft and Vice President of HR at IDEMIA.
